Project Title: Olive House – Bespoke Window and Door Installation for a Luxury New Build

Project Goal: To provide and install high-quality, aesthetically striking windows and doors for a luxury new build property in Warlingham, Surrey, enhancing its design and exclusivity.

Project Description:

This project involved the installation of bespoke windows and doors for Olive House, a £2.5 million new build development in Warlingham, Surrey. The focus was on utilizing cutting-edge products and design to complement the property’s high-end aesthetic.

Key features of the project included:

• Matt Black uPVC Sash Windows: We were the first in the UK to install Rehau Sash windows in the stunning “Midnight Black” finish. These windows, measuring 2 meters tall on the ground floor and 1.7 meters on the upper level, maximize natural light and provide a contemporary yet classic look.
• Smarts Aluminium Crittall-Style Heritage Doors: The kitchen and utility areas feature elegant Smarts aluminium doors in a heritage design, reminiscent of the iconic Crittall style. These doors add a touch of industrial chic and enhance the flow of light within the home.
• Slimline Aluminium Sliding Doors in the Loft: To create a unique and stylish living space in the loft, we installed 2.8 meter tall slimline aluminium sliding doors using the Cortizo 20 mm slider system. These doors offer expansive views, flood the loft with natural light, and add a modern touch to this unique space.

 

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the builder to ensure the design vision was realized and that the chosen windows and doors contributed to the exclusivity and luxury of this high-end property.
